‘All You Need is Rhythm and Grit’


The coach, author and Apple fitness trainer Cory Wharton-Malcolm, who is also known as Bit Beefy, has just published a book about why he runs – and why everyone else should, too. Indeed, this isn’t really a book for pro runners. Instead, All You Need is Rhythm and Grit includes advice on running kit, routes, pacing and good music to listen to while out on tracks and trails. He also shares more personal stories of his own mental and physical health challenges and how running - and the community alongside it – helped him along.
